Step 5.
On the
Connect to
window, create a serial link by selecting the
COM
port assigned to
the serial port on your PC from the en the HyperTerminal application on your PC from the
Co
nnect using:
pull-down menu and select
OK
Step 6.
Next, configure the
COM Properties
. The initial correct setting to communicate with
the 2X16SP-1000BT Gigabit SPAN Matrix Switch (2400, 8, None, 1, None) are shown
below.
Once all settings are configured correctly, click
Apply
, then click
OK
.
