Use the following sections to become familiar with the system.

Printer Component (Top, Front, and Right Side)

Swingarm

The swingarm provides access to the printhead and print
ribbon cartridge.

Latch Button

The latch button releases the swingarm.

Cover Ridges

Press down on the ridges when closing the swingarm to
make sure that it latches completely on both sides.

Printer

The printer component prints full-color images (if the
optional printhead is installed), processes magnetic stripe
data, and programs smart cards using secure encryption.
