Performing a Single-Value Digital Input Operation
To verify that the module can read a single digital input value,
perform the following steps:
1.
Connect a digital input to digital input line 0 of port A on the
DT9820 Series function module. Refer to
for more
information on connecting digital inputs.
2.
Click the Acquisition menu.
3.
Click Digital Input.
4.
Select the appropriate DT9820 Series function module from the
Board list box.
Note:
Once you select the function module, the LED on the
module turns green.
5.
Select digital input port A by clicking Port A.
6.
Click Get.
The value of each digital input line in port A is displayed on the screen
in both text and graphical form.
