Enter recipient’s name and email address/account in the appropriate box. Suggest entering the unit
name in sender’s name box. If required by the email server there are fields for user name and pass

word. Finally enter the recipient’s email address and SMTP server address then click on the “Store
the E-mail configuration” box.
