Classic Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

6 large eggs
¹⁄

₈

tsp salt

3 tbsp mayonnaise

paprika, chives, and dill, to garnish
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard

DIRECTIONS

Steam eggs in Basket 1 for 15 minutes. Then, carefully transfer the eggs to a bowl

filled with ice water. Once the eggs have cooled, peel and cut them in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks, place in a large bowl and cream them into a paste with a fork. Mix in

the mayonnaise, mustard, and salt. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.

Place the eggs in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Just before serving, garnish with a

dash of paprika and freshly cut chives and dill.
