Requirements at the installation site
Unfavorable local conditions may shorten the life of the product or lead to malfunctions.
Do not install/operate the device in places:
l
with large scale dust and dirt
l
with steam or oil vapors (e.g. kitchen)
l
with direct sunlight
l
with improper ambient temperatures (see technical data)
l
near sources of strong radiation (i.e. X-rays, radio transmitters or magnetic fields)
l
with corrosive surroundings (e.g. gases or salt water).

Mounting, connection and commissioning

Surface mount version
You can mount the camera on a ceiling or a wall.
NOTE
The appropriate mounting template can be downloaded at
https://www.dallmeierpartner.de
.
Cut the hole (Ø 22 mm) for cables out of the mounting template.
Pull all required cables suspended from the ceiling/wall through the mounting templa-
te.
Affix the mounting template to the required position.
