Enabling switch function table
Only available in Teach Mode.
Enabling Switch: 3-stage switch (Off-ON-Off)
You must press the Enabling Switch in Teach Mode to activate the MOTOR power of the robot.
(7) Mode Select Switch
This switches operation modes between Auto, Manual and Teaching check modes.
Teach Mode: Manual Mode
This must be selected when a person enters the robot's hazardous space during robot setup or maintenance.
The robot must be operated using a teach pendant and used as an enabling switch. The (Auto mode) Safe
Guard (SG) function is not activated in this mode.
Repeat Mode: Auto mode
No one can enter the robot's dangerous spaces in this mode.
You must drive with the safety sensor activated. All control devices such as emergency stops, control
panels and control cabinets must be easily accessible from outside the protected space.
External Repeat Mode: Operates according to external controller command
