Clean the air fi lter.

When the air fi lter is very dirty, 
use soft brush and neutral 
detergent.

Remove water and dry in the shade.

 NOTE

Do not wash the air conditioner with hot water of

more than 120°F, as doing so may result in dis-
coloration and/or deformation.
Do not expose it to fi re, as doing so may result in 

 

burning.

Fix the air fi lter.

Set the tab of the air fi lter to the hook of the 
suction grille, and fi x the air fi lter. (By the meth-
od opposite to removing.)

Do not use gasoline, benzene, thinner, polishing

ing or warping.
Do not scrub fi rmly when washing the blade with

water.
The surface sealing may peel off.

Do not use water or air of 120

HOW TO CLEAN THE SUCTION GRILLE

Open the suction grille.

1. 

Refer to “HOW TO CLEAN THE AIR FILTER”.

(Refer to Fig. 5)

Remove the air fi lter.

2. 

Refer to “HOW TO CLEAN THE AIR FILTER”.

(Refer to Fig. 6)

Detach the suction grille.

3. 

Pull the clips (×2) on the back of the suction 
grille forward. 

(Refer to Fig. 7)

4. Clean the suction grille.

Wash with a soft bristle brush and 
neutral detergent or water, and dry 
throughly.

 NOTE

Do not wash the suction grille with hot water of 

 

more than 120°F, as doing so may result in dis-
coloration and/or deformation.

Fix the air fi lter.

5. 

Refer to “HOW TO CLEAN THE AIR FILTER”.
