Has the Zigbee sensor
been configured
correctly?
Check that the sensor is displayed on the
registration screen of the app and that
communication is possible.
Have interlocking
settings been
configured correctly?
Just registering the sensor will not change the
sensor value from “-”. Be sure to set up sensor
interlocking as well.
Have the display
settings corresponding
to the Zigbee sensor
been configured
correctly?
Configure display settings for the corresponding
sensor values via the remote controller. Please
refer to “R/C setting method” in this manual for
how to change remote controller settings.
Each Zigbee sensor supports the following
settings.
• Temperature/Humidity sensor: indoor
temperature/indoor humidity
• CO
2
sensor: CO
2
concentration
Did you turn off the
remote controller just
before?
Communication with the Zigbee sensor may fail for
a while after the power supply of the remote
controller is restored.
Pressing the button on the body of the registered
Temperature/Humidity sensor or CO
2
sensor may
restore the display.
