Roller ring
Put in the center of the base. It supports the optitray.
Optitray
Put on the roller ring with the center fitting of the coupler. It serves
as a cooking base.
Racks
Use as appropriate to cook two dishes simultaneously
; a
smaller
dish on the optitray, and the other on the selected rack
.
For
Broil, Convection modes only (not for normal microwave use).
Even plate
Put on the optitray; browns food, keeps pastries/pizza crisp.
