The possible float against dry operation N connected to the terminals 21-22 or the maximum pressure float R
connected to the terminals 35-36, in both types of system, blocks the operation of the electropumps.
3.
Check the above even with the selector ref. SA1 in position
: the starting order of the two electropumps is
not inverted
Avoid starting the system, turning the isolating switch (ref. QS1) with both switches
ref. QM1 and QM2 in position I
.
9.7
Set protection system (if provided)
1.
The protection against dry operation is activated by connecting the float to the terminals ref. N (n° 21-22);
2.
The protection against overflow operation is activated by connecting the float to the terminals ref. R (n° 35-36);
3.
To check for correct operation, simulate the intervention of one of the two floats. The control panel must stop and
the warning HL2 must light up.
9.8
Alarm system
1.
Check correct operation of the alarm float connected to the terminals ref. P. (if provided).
2.
With the alarm float in ON position, check correct operation of the remote alarm connected to the terminals Q,
remembering that, in the standard supply version, the contact has no potential.
N.B.: The power circuit for the alarm system must be provided with a PELV safety circuit (CEI EN
60204-1). Otherwise ensure that the earth lead of the float is connected to the terminal
9.9
Using the panel to feed in-line circulating pumps or domestic booster sets
To set the panel operation for in-line pumps or for booster sets it is indispensable to remove the jumper O connected to
terminals 23-24.
