In the local settings there are four main functions:
Insert –
Used to insert a camera in the camera list. After you specify the IP
address and port, click the “I
nsert
” button. The program will try to connect to
the DCS-2000. If the connection succeeds, the root password of the remote
DCS-2000 camera is required. If you provide the correct password, the camera
will be inserted in the list
Delete –
This operation deletes the camera from the camera list.
Password –
Changes the local “root” password.
Stop –
Provides a way to stop the network connection when the connection
elapses for a long time.
