To apply extra tension to the fabric, press the 2

 ROLLER button. Roller #2 will turn forward, the 

fabric on the platen will get tightened. 
While turning roller #2, if the media travels to one side, it may be caused by a wrongly set fabric. Make 
sure the distance in between the fabric’s edge and the printer’s frame is the same at all points (well 
centered to avoid media travel).
