5.7.3 SHOCK SPRING ADJUSTMENT
Your shock springs can also be tightened and loosened to suit your drive preference.
NOTE: When you receive your Dragonfly, the shock springs will be tight for a firm drive.
There is a unique tool in your tool roll which you will use to turn the dial that controls the
tightness of your shock springs. The dials for each spring can be found on the bottom
end of your hydraulic shock springs. The tighter you adjust your spring, the harder the
drive. A looser adjustment will soften your drive.
WARNING
Ensure all four shock springs are set to the same tightness.
5.7.4 LIGHT ADJUSTMENT
1. Using the allen wrench to
loosen the bolt below to light
to adjust to the angle required.
5.7.2 ROLL SPRING ADJUSTMENT / DECK TILT
On the underside of your Dragonfly, you will find 4 location points that enable you to
modify the tightness of the springs, which in turn control the stiffness of the deck tilt.
Looser springs mean more tilt and therefore a tighter turn radius, and tighter springs
mean less tilt and therefore a wider turn radius.
Each spring comes with three settings:
1. Loose (factory setting)
2. Medium
3. Firm
WARNING
All four roll springs require the same setting.
The following guidelines are your recommended spring setting for optimal tilt, based on
weight range:
• Spring setting 1 Up to 175lbs / 80kgs
• Spring setting 2 Between 175lbs - 210lbs / 80kgs - 95kgs
• Spring setting 3 Above 210lbs / 95kgs

the dial to either tighten or
loosen the red shock spring.
