This information will appear
on the PDF report and the
export to CSV file output.

You can save your new Survey to a file, from the Menu click;
File

Save Survey
Entering your filename and location.
Opening an Existing Survey

From the Menu click;
File
└
Open Survey

You may be prompted to
save any unsaved data first
Editing the Survey Info

File

Edit Survey Info
