DUAL CAMERA FUNCTION
It is important to note that the
RED
Front & Rear camera status LED lights must be flashing the flashing light indicates
that both the front and rear cameras are now ON and correctly recording.
Note: the helmet does not need to be Wi-Fi paired to your mobile smartphone in order to simultaneously record
from the front and rear cameras.
So long as the
RED
LED camera lights are flashing all vision/sound recording is being uploaded and stored on the
internal flash card (Micro SD Card) memory built within the helmet structure
Wi-Fi paring is purely an optional extra user interface
If there is a solid
RED
light being omitted from either the front or the rear RED camera status indicator LED lights, then
this indicates that the associated camera:
(which is not flashing either) the front or rear camera is not in operation and is not recording.
Both RED camera status LED lights must be flashing for both the cameras to operate and properly record
If, once the helmet has been turned on and has completed its ten (10) second start sequence (as described page
10) and (for example) the front RED LED is flashing and the rear RED LED camera status light is displaying as a solid
RED and not flashing then this indicates that only the front camera is in operation, and the rear camera is not in
operation.
This is not a software fault; but means that the camera record function has been inadvertently turned
OFF
via the
Cyclevision Wi-Fi App when the helmet was last shut down.
Refer: - Cyclevision app function
to correct this situation.
