NOTE: This instruction sheet describes how to install the
voltage assembly kit in the Arc 630A.
TOOLS REQUIRED
• 6” Phillips screwdriver
1. Read and understand all instructions thoroughly
before installing this kit.
2. Verify you received the appropriate kit.
A. 630AK031 - 110V/60Hz Voltage
B. 630AK033 - 220V/50Hz Voltage
C. 630AK034 - 250V/3A Voltage
D. 630AK035 - 110V/50Hz Voltage
3. Verify kit contents. See Figure 1.

Voltage Assembly
5. Remove the access cover.
A. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two lower
screws (one screw on each side), securing the
access cover. See Figure 2.
B. Remove the two upper screws (one screw on
each side), securing the access cover.
C. Remove the Access cover.

6. Remove left shroud.
A. Remove the ten screws and two washers
securing left shroud in place. See Figure 3.
B. Lean shroud against the linkage arm.

Installation Instructions
4. Place unit in test mode and elevate.
A. While operating unit press and hold the Pause/end
key for fi ve seconds to enable test mode.
B. Elevate the unit to a minimum of level 7 incline.
