Warranty Notice
CyberResearch, In c. warrants t hat this eq uipment as furnishe d will be fr ee f rom
defects in mater ial a nd work manship for a period of o ne ye ar fro m the conf irmed
date of p urchase b y t he original buyer a nd that u pon written n otice of any such
defect, Cy berResearch, Inc. will, at its optio n, repa ir or repl ace th e defectiv e item
under th e t erms of th is warra nty, sub ject t o the p rovisions a nd sp ecific exclusions
listed herein.
This warranty sh all n ot ap ply t o equ ipment that h as b een previously repaired o r
altered outside our plant in any way which may, in the judgment of the manufacturer,
affect its re liability. Nor will it ap ply if the e quipment ha s be en us ed in a m anner
exceeding or inc onsistent with its specificat ions or if th e serial nu mber h as been
removed.
CyberResearch, Inc. does not assume any liability for consequential damages as a
result from our pr oducts uses, a nd in any event our liability sh all not ex ceed the
original selling price of the equipment.
The equipment warranty shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy of any Buyer
of Seller eq uipment and the sole and ex clusive liability of the Selle r, its succe ssors
or assigns, in con nection with equipment purch ased and in lieu of a ll other
warranties expressed implied o r statutory, including, but not lim ited to, any imp lied
warranty of merchant ability or fitness and all other obligations or liabilities of seller,
its successors or assigns.
The equipment must be returned postage prepaid. Package it securely and insure it.
You will be charged for parts and labor if the warranty period has expired.
Returns and RMAs
If a Cyber Research product has been diagnosed as being no n-functional, is v isibly
damaged, or mu st be return ed f or an y oth er re ason, ple ase c all for an assigned
RMA number. The RMA number is a k ey piece of information that lets us track and
process returned merchandise with the fastest possible turnaround time.
PLEASE CALL FOR AN RMA NUMBER!
Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused!
In most cases, a returned package will be refused at the receiving dock if its
contents are not known. The RMA number allows us to reference the history of
returned products and determine if they are meeting your application’s requirements.
When you call customer service for your RMA number, you will be asked to provide
information about the product you are returning, your address, and a contact person
at your organization.
Please make sure that the RMA number is prominently
displayed on the outside of the box.
