2.1.2 Announce
If enabled, POE Clock will Announce its presence at a configurable time interval. This relieves Hosts
of issuing Discover requests to determine which devices are connected to a LAN. Announce is a
UDP Broadcast to port 10004.
Note
Announce has the same format and content as Discovery Response.
