Cleaning the burner workings
To clean the burner workings from debris the fascia is to be removed - shown in
fitting instructions.
Clean the air inlets, removing all lint in the area of the injector and ensuring that
the pilot light aeration hole and flame head are clean. Should the pilot assembly
(P4-27) or injectors (0.40mm) need to be replaced; the original manufacturers
parts must be used only.
Important: The pilot and flame sensing device fitted to this fire is also an
atmosphere sensing device. If for any reason any part of the pilot assembly is to
be replaced, the entire assembly including the pilot burner, thermocouple
electrode and injector must also be exchanged. The atmosphere sensing device is
not adjustable and must not be disabled.
When changing the pilot the burner unit must be removed from the structure and
the burner shell back half is to be removed.
