EVERY 600 HOURS, 6000 MILES OR YEARLY
Perform previous services
Clean battery and terminals
Replace fuel filter
Repack front wheel bearings
Repack rear wheel bushings
Check starter motor brushes
Check brake linings
Change differential oil
Change transmission oil
Check alternator
Check fuel hoses and clamps
Drain and replace radiator coolant
Check radiator hoses and clamps
Check valve clearance
EVERY 1500 HOURS OF OPERATION
Replace timing belt after every 1500
hours of operation
See Specifications section for recommended lubri-
cants and brake fluid.

Depending on operating conditions, the engine oil
and oil filter may need more frequent replacement to
maintain engine performance and help avoid unnec-
essary repairs.
** The differential oil MUST be changed after the first
100 hours of operation.

Lubricate all chassis fittings with lithium based lubricant every 100 hours or 1000 miles.
