Knowing the hood
Your hood is a product that can only be used for steam extraction from
the cooking chamber and by opening the underlying oven door.
There are two hood variations:
•
neutral
: they only collect steam from the oven but do not have an
aspiration motor or control panel. They are usually connected to a pre-
existent exhaust system.
•
ventilation
: steam suction and exhaust from oven by a 5 differentiated
speed motor controlled by a front control panel.
Preparing to use the hood
Accurately clean the hood strictly following the instructions in the
specific chapter.

“-” key

How to use the hood
The hood extracts steam from the cooking chamber and by opening
the underlying oven door.
It is turned
on
, using the
“+”
key a few minutes before introducing the
products to be cooked in the oven: only minimum speed should be set
in this initial phase .
Next, after introducing products in the oven, set the
speed
best suited
for the food being cooked using the
“+”
or
“-”
keys.
There are 5 available speeds:
= minimum speed
= maximum speed
Some equipment parts can reach high temperatures (e.g.
suction and exhaust pipes). We advise you to avoid touching
surfaces and not to get materials either flammable or sensitive
to heat near the appliance.
Do not rest objects on the hood, above all if built in material sensitive
to heat.

If necessary, it is possible to switch on the LED light located in the lower
part of the hood by placing your hand close to the sensor, without tou-
ching it (the sensor reacts at a maximum distance of 50mm - 2”).
To turn it off, simply bring your hand close to the sensor again.
If condensate forms on the door or oven façade, the oven
chamber is probably saturated with humidity; make sure the
steam vents are open or increase hood speed.

Conoscere la cappa
La vostra cappa è utilizzabile unicamente per l’ evacuazione dei vapori
provenienti dalla camera di cottura e dall’apertura della portina del
forno sottostante.
Le cappe esistono in due varianti:
•
neutre
: si limitano a raccogliere i vapori provenienti dal forno ma non
hanno né motore di aspirazione, né pannello comandi, solitamente
sono collegate ad un impianto di aspirazione pre-esistente.
•
aspiranti
: aspirano ed evacuano i vapori provenienti dal forno
mediante un motore aspirante a 5 velocità diverse controllato da un
pannello comandi frontale.
Preparare la cappa all’utilizzo
Pulire accuratamente la cappa, seguendo scrupolosamente quanto
riportato nel capitolo dedicato.

Tasto “-”
diminuisce la velocità della ventola e spegne il motore.

Tasto “+”
aumenta la velocità della ventola e accende il motore
Come usare la cappa
La cappa aspira i vapori provenienti dalla camera di cottura e dall’apertura
della portina del forno sottostante.
Essa va
accesa
, agendo sul tasto
“+”
, qualche minuto prima
dell’infornata dei prodotti da cuocere: in questa prima fase è sufficiente
impostarla sulla velocità minima .
Successivamente, dopo aver infornato i prodotti, impostare la
velocità
più idonea agli alimenti che si stanno cuocendo agendo sui tasti
“+”
o
“-”
.
Le velocità disponibili sono 5:
= vel. minima
= vel. massima
Alcune parti dell’apparecchiatura possono raggiungere
temperature elevate (es. i tubi di aspirazione ed evacuazione). Si
consiglia di fare attenzione a non toccare le superfici e non
avvicinare materiali che possono essere infiammabili o sensibili al calore.
Non appoggiare alcun oggetto, soprattutto se costruito in materiale
sensibile al calore, sopra alla cappa.

Al bisogno è possibile accendere la
luce led
che si trova nella parte
inferiore della cappa avvicinando la mano al sensore, senza toccarlo (il
sensore reagisce ad una distanza massima di 50mm - 2”).
Per spegnerla è sufficiente riavvicinare la mano al sensore.
Se si forma della condensa sulla portina o sulla facciata del forno,
probabilmente la camera del forno è satura di umidità; accertarsi
che i fori di sfiato vapore siano aperti o aumentare la velocità
della cappa.
