Satay
ingredients
• bamboo skewer
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 2 tablespoons curry powder
• 1 tablespoons turmeric powder
• 500 g pork
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
Method
1.The marinated all ingredients
with pork should be yellowish in
color. Rest for 30 minuite.
2.Slice the pork into thin strips that
will fit onto the skewers. Thread
the pork onto the bamboo skewers.
3.Grill on charcoal grill and serve
with peanut sauce and cucumber in

Peanut sauce
Ingredients
• 1/2 can coconut milk
• ¼ cup Thai red
• 1 teaspoon Massaman curry paste
• ¾ cup peanut
• ½ tablespoon salt
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ cup water
Method

medium heat, whisking constantly.
3.Let the mixture simmer for 5-10

Cucumber in vinegar
ingredient
• 2 cucumber
• 2 red pepper
• 2 shallots
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 1/3 cup water
Method
1.Place all ingredients in a serving
bowl. Chill and serve.
