To manage recipients in the address book:
1 Use the
arrow keys to highlight a recipient.
2 Press Enter to select (or clear)
the recipient’s check box. Or press the
Select/unselect
button.
3 Do one of the following:

Press the
Add recipients to email
button to add selected recipients to your email.

Press the
Remove from address book
button to delete selected recipients.
