(6) CONTROL SETTINGS
This option allows you to set the communications settings for your PTZ camera.
To enter the main menu CALL preset 95 using the keypad or DVR with PTZ control.
The ---- HIGH SPEED DOME ---- menu is then displayed.
Move down to the
SYSTEM OPTIONS
(4) menu and press the right arrow
movement or the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key to enter the
SYSTEM OPTIONS
menu.
Move down to the
COMM SETTINGS
(6) menu and press the right arrow
movement or the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key to enter the
COMM SETTINGS
menu.
Move down to
DOME ID
(2) and/or
BAUD RATE
(3) and press the right arrow
movement or the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key to enter
DOME ID
or
BAUD RATE.
Note the baud rate can be set to 2400, 4800, 9600 or 19200.
In order to ensure that only this camera ID and/or Baud Rate will be changed you will
see that in the
COMMS SETTINGS
menu there is a blank field to the right of
INPUT SN
and underneath this a unique camera serial number to the right of
SN.
Move to the digit you wish to change using the
right direction key and press the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key and a second arrow will appear under the
numeric number list. Use the right direction key
to select the new ID digit and then press the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key to apply the digit and then
press
IRIS-
or
CLOSE
key to save new value.
You need to re-enter this unique serial
number in order for the ID and/or Baud Rate
change to take effect.
Move down to
INPUT SN
and press the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key to enter this unique
number.
Write down the serial number and then
press the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key.
Using the left or right direction key move
the arrow under the first digit of the serial
number and press the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key
to select the required digit and then press
the
IRIS+
or
OPEN
key again to select it.
