Running the Patrol (Tour) using a keyboard

The tour can be initiated using a Vector Scan. Please refer to the earlier details on
setting up a Vector Scan. Note only one tour can be initiated. The tour will call the
first sixteen presets in order, with a two second dwell time at each preset position.
AUTO SCAN- How to set it up
Auto-scan
scans between two points. These are not presets as per the patrol(tour)
facility but auto scan selection points. You may program only one Auto Scan and this
is only possible via a keyboard or DVR.
Select the required camera by pressing the <
CAM>
button and then entering <camera
address> on the keypad.
Move the camera to the start position and press
PRESET 52 <Enter>
on the keypad.
Move the camera to the end position and press
PRESET 53 <Enter>
on the
keyboard.
Calling the Auto Scan
To start the Auto Scan press
CALL> 52 <Enter>
via the keypad or DVR.
Press IRIS+ or Open button to enter the
PRESET SETUP menu. Now move
camera to preset position.
Now press the IRIS+ or Open button to
set the preset number.
Now press the IRIS- or Close button
to save the preset number and return
to menu above.
