Format
* 57 G ABCD #
G = Group of prefix digits of restricted CO line number = 1 ~ 6 Group
ABCD = Prefix digits of restricted CO line number = 1 ~ 4 digits
Description: Assign restrict prefix digits freely, the CO line numbers that with
these prefix digits are restricted to dial.
Example
Restrict to dial the numbers with prefix 0 and 168 that in group 1;
Restrict to dial the numbers with prefix 13 and 9 that in group 2.

Example
: Suppose the prefix digit of long distance call is 0,and assign 0 to
group 3. To restrict the extension 8012 to dial long distance call (G =3).
Description: Only permit to dial the CO line numbers that with these licence
prefix digits.
