A count of the number of duplicate Event OAMPDUs received and

transmitted  on  this  interface.  Event  Notification  OAMPDUs  may  be  sent  in  duplicate  to  increase  the  probability  of
successfully  being  received,  given  the  possibility  that  a  frame  may  be  lost  in  transit.  A  duplicate  Event  Notification
OAMPDU  is  indicated  as  an  Event  Notification  OAMPDU  with  a  Sequence  Number  field  that  is  identical  to  the
previously transmitted Event Notification OAMPDU Sequence Number.

Detailed Link OAM Status

PDU Permission:

Displays the current permission rules set for the local DTE. Possible values are “Link fault”, “Receive

only”, “Information exchange only”, “ANY”.

Discovery State:

Displays the current state of the discovery process. Possible states are Fault state, Active state,

Passive state, SEND_LOCAL_REMOTE_STATE, SEND_LOCAL_REMOTE_OK_STATE, SEND_ANY_STATE.

Peer MAC Address:

Displays the MAC address of the peer device.

Local & Peer

Mode:

This field shows the Mode in which the Link OAM is operating, Active or Passive.
