Using Crystal Slides
To install RS363S15FM with Crystal Slides in an equipment rack, complete the following steps
and see
Figure 2
below:
1.
Loosen adjuster screws.
2.
Line up the top and bottom holes on the front & rear mounting ears at the desired level
of the equipment rack, and attach to the rack using four (two per side) 10-32 x 0.50
rack screws provided (see #1, #2 and #5 in Figure 2).
It may not be possible to line up all holes. If more than three holes do not line up,

3.
Tighten adjuster screws.
4.
Line up the server side slots with the slides and gently push to install in the rack.
5.
To secure the server when transporting or when extension of server is not necessary,
screw two 10-32 x 0
to the middle hole of the front bracket ears (see #1
and #4).
