What is Cruise Craft required to do?
Cruise Craft will repair or, at their discretion, replace any part they determine to be defective
due to faulty workmanship or material.
What is excluded from the warranty?
This warranty will not apply when the boat has been subject to:
•
abuse, alteration, modifications, accidents, collisions, improper trailering,
submersion, unreasonable use, tampering, vandalism or neglect;
•
improper operation, maintenance and storage;
•
use other than in accordance with the boat capacity plate and other
maintenance directions from Cruise Craft;
•
racing or competition; or
•
commercial use.
In addition, this warranty does not cover:
•
damage to chrome plated, stainless steel and anodizined finishes;
•
‘tea stains’ on stainless steel fittings;
•
deterioration caused by exposure to the elements or the use of
cleaners/chemicals.
Is this warranty transferrable?
Yes, provided we received written notice from the new owner of the boat within thirty (30)
days of purchase confirming the purchase and specifying their: full name; address and date
of purchase.
General
This document contains the entire warranty given by Cruise Craft and there are no other
terms, promises, conditions or warranty other than those contained in it. No oral or written
information or advice given by the Company, its dealers, representative, agents or employees
shall create a warranty by the Company or in any way increase the scope of this warranty.
Subject to any implied warranty at law, Cruise Craft shall not be liable for any consequential
losses including loss of time, use and enjoyment or inconvenience.
TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY
You can transfer the original owner’s structural hull warranty into your name but the Cruise
Craft factory MUST BE notified within 30 days from your date of purchase.
