How to Bypass a Zone or Bypass a zones group
This feature allows the user to bypass any zone that can't be closed (due to a malfunction). You
can bypass the selected zones prior to arming. This feature is also used to temporarily exclude a
faulty zone from service, which requires repair. Bypassing allows free movement within zones
even when the system is armed.
Bypass a Zone
Step 1
: Press the main menu button
Step 2
: Scroll down and Select the bypass level and press the ENTER key
Step 3
: Select the zone number and press the ENTER key to enable the bypass zone
Step 4
: EXIT from bypass level by pressing the ESC/EXIT key

Bypass a zones group
Step 1
: Press the main menu button

: scroll down/up button and Select the bypass group level and press the ENTER key
Step 3
: EXIT from bypass level by pressing the ESC/EXIT key
NOTE
4: Zone group must be created by installer first according user request
Reset Bypass Zone
Step 1
: Press the main menu button
Step 2
: Scroll down/up button and Select the bypass level and press the ENTER key
Step 3
: Select the zone number and press the ENTER key to disable the bypass zone
Step 4
: EXIT from bypass level by pressing the ESC/EXIT key
NOTE:
Disarming automatically reinstates all bypassed zones
