Cannot
power on

Press the end call key for more than 1 second,

Check if the battery is not inserted well. You
may take out the battery first and insert it again
after several seconds,

Check if the battery is out of power,
cannot connect network

Signal is too weak, please try to another place
with stronger signal;

The mobile phone maybe out of the network
coverage,
-
SIM card is invalid, please contact your network
supplier;
Phone screen displays
message upon startup

Check if SIM card is installed correctly;

if auto lock function is selected, please input
the cell phone password before use;

please input PIN code if it is required;

Input PUK code: The cell phone will be locked if
inputting incorrect PIN codes for three times,
you have to input PUK code provided by your
network operator;
Poor quality of calls

Try to enlarge the volume;

When this phone is used in the areas with poor
receiving signals, like near the high buildings or
in the basements, the wireless electric wave
cannot be transmitted effectively;

When this cell phone is used in calling intensity
period, like the rush hours, calling failure is
caused by network congestion;
Standby
time is
curtailed

Standby time is related to the system setting of
network, maybe the cell phone is used in the
area with poor receiving signals. Upon no
signals, the cell phone will constantly launch
signals to search for base station and batteries
