After successful charging, please switch the generator off and disconnect the cable in
reverse order. During the battery charge function a constant charge current will be
available. Please monitor the charge status of your battery in order to prevent it being
overcharged. The 12 V connection is designed for the operation of 12 V consumers
with a maximum power of 100 Watts and so can be used for a variety of applications.
Never attempt to start a vehicle while the charge cable is still connected to the gen-
erator. This will result in the device being overloaded and damaged.
The engine can produce its rated power only in standard conditions mentioned in the
technical data. They are defined as followed:
•
Installation height approx. 1000 m above normal null
•
Air temperature approx. 40° C
•
Rel. Humidity approx. 60%
If these values are exceeded, a reduced power is necessary for the electric generator
- 1% reduced power for installation height of each 100 m above the aforementioned
installation height and exceeding of air temperature above 40° C, approx. 4 % pro
10° C.
