Intended Use
This product is intended for ice skating as a
private leisure activity and is not suitable for use
in ice hockey and figure skating competitions.
Safety Instructions
WARNING!
When skating on open bodies of water,
there is the danger of drowning.
Make sure that the ice will hold you!
Risk of injury!
• Check to make sure that all screws and nuts
are secure before each use. The product may
be used only when in good working order
and condition.
• Do not make any modifications to the product
that may pose a hazard to your safety.
• Always wear suitable personal safety equip-
ment for your own safety (helmet, gloves, wrist
pads, elbow pads, and knee pads).
• Always wear reflective clothing to make your-
self more visible.
• Risk of cuts! When handling the ice skates,
always remember that the blades are sharp!
• Do not use the product in bare feet.
Putting on and taking off
Get the product ready to put on
after first delivery
IMPORTANT!
Make sure that your ice skates sit
properly on the feet. The outside of the
boot shouldn’t warp when the buckle is
clipped into place. Don’t use excessive
force to close the buckle. If the outside
of the boot is warped, this means it is
either fastened to tightly or you may
have purchased the wrong size.
Put-
ting them on:
1. Press down the holding tab (4a) of the quick
fastener (4) and open the quick fastener
(Fig. B).
2. Press the rocker stopper (6) and pull the
ratchet belt (5) out of the rocker stopper
opening (Fig. C).
Note:
While holding down the rocker stopper,
you can move the ratchet belt back and
forth until you find the right tension for
your foot (Fig. C).
3. Open the tongue hook-and-loop fastener (7).
4. Set the slider (3a) of the quick fastener
system (3) to OPEN and loosen the quick
fastener system (Fig. D).
5. Pull on the ice skate using the pull-on straps
(1).
6. Take off the hook-and-loop fastener for
the shoelaces (2) and pull the shoelaces
upwards tightly.
7. Lock the quick fastener system (3) by setting
the slider of the quick fastener system to
CLOSE (Fig. D).
8. Reattach the hook-and-loop fastener with the
shoelaces (2).
