Verify proper connections on the
touchpanel or interface module.
Incorrect video format

Select the proper video input
configuration in the touchpanel
configuration SETUP MENU.
Incorrect VT Pro-e project
file loaded.
Make sure that video window
object resides in project, re-
compile, and reload.
Video
window in
touchpanel
has no
display.
TPS-4500IMPC has no
power.
Remove power from TPS-4500V
and plug into TPS-4500IMPC.
Video
colors are
wrong
and/or
moving.
Touchpanel is set to Auto-
Detect or S-Video when a
composite signal is
plugged into the
touchpanel.
Switch to “Composite” video.
