Troubleshooting
The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble
situations. If further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron
customer service representative.

Device does
not function.
Device is not
communicating
with the
network.
Check the device’s
“Network Setup” screen on
the “Device Administration”
menu for a valid IP
address.
NOTE:
The device defaults
to the IP address
192.168.100.10 if there is no
network connection or if it
could not obtain an address
from a DHCP server.
Verify the network
connection to the device.
Device is not
receiving power
from a Crestron
power source.
Use the provided Crestron
power source. Verify
connections.
