The
Selected Data Screen
displays all recorded data that has been selected for backup. Smart
backup allows the user to back up data from several days, hours, or different minutes from
several different hours. Once the user has selected data and transferred it to the
Selected Data
Screen,
the day of the selected data will display in Red. The hour for any selected data will
display white. The minute bar will display in red any minutes selected for backup. The cur-
rently selected day and hour will turn black. If the user wants to remove video from the
Selected
Data Screen,
there are several different ways to accomplish this depending on how much time is
needed to be removed. If user wants to remove all video selected for a day, click the day in the
Selected Data Screen
(day turns black to show it is selected day) and click the Date up arrow but-
ton
. If the user wants to remove an entire hour, select the day and hour of the video
you want to remove from the
Selected Data Screen
and click the hour up button
. If
you want to remove the next hour for the selected day click again. If the user wants to remove
one or several minutes, select the day and hour for the minutes you want to remove. Next, click
and drag to highlight the minutes you want to remove (they will be highlighted in dark blue) and
click the Min up arrow button
. If you want to remove the minutes one at a time,
position the slider bar at the first minute and click the Min up arrow button. The first minute is
removed; continue clicking until all the desired minutes are removed.
