If the Digipigi money box is defective or is to be disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner, if possible perform a reset (see
Troubleshooting), pack the Digipigi money box securely, cut out and affix
the label, and apply the correct postage. A replacement device can be
obtained through Credit Suisse.

Charges may be incurred for a new Digipigi money box and associated
costs not covered by the guarantee.

Important! Please do not forget to delete any personal data on
the Digipigi money box before you send it. It is in your interests to
delete such data, and this is your responsibility. Delete the data
by pressing the reset button on the Digipigi money box for at least
ten seconds.
