Returning The Vehicle
Buyer; has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the vehicle
without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason,
within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the vehicle in distance contracts
for vehicle sales. In distance contracts related to service provision, this period
starts on the date of signing of the contract. In the contract, if it is decided to
perform the service before the expiry of fourteen days, the consumer can use his
right of withdrawal until the start of the performance. The costs arising from the
use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by
fax, telephone or e-mail within a period of fourteen days and the goods/services
must be provided on the website www.crawler.com, which is an integral part of
this Agreement, within the framework of the provisions of Article 4 of the Distan-
ce Sales Contract. In accordance with the preliminary information published on
the website, it is essential that the packaging and its contents are not damaged
and can be offered for sale again by the Seller. The return procedures within the
scope of the Right of Withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Contract. If
this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice for the goods/
services delivered to the 3rd party or the Buyer. The cost of goods/services and
delivery costs are returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest fol-
lowing the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal, and the buyer
is obliged to return the goods/service within 14 (ten) days. If the original invoice
is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded to the Buyer.
Return Procedure
Before sending the vehicle to us, you must notify us of your return request by
filling out the product return form on this page.
After the delivery confirmation regarding the return is sent to you by our techni-
cal department, please fill out the return form that comes with the vehicle and
the vehicle confirmation information will be notified to you by phone or e-mail.
If the vehicle that comes to us is delivered in accordance with the return conditi-
ons, the refund of the vehicle amounts will be processed on the day the vehicle
reaches us.
Which products are returned? The originality, hygiene and resaleability of the
product must be preserved. For this reason, we cannot take the vehicle back in
any way in case of damaged, destroyed or similar situations.
In case of returning the vehicle, we ask you to indicate the reason for the return
of the vehicle.
