The default step goal is 10,000. Above 1,000
steps, the figure is set in increments of 1,000
steps. Under 1,000 steps, the figure is set in in-
crements of 100 steps.
To configure workout zones and goals again, push the
“MODE” button.
You will get back to the setting for the workout zone.
12. To save your settings, hold the “MODE” button down for
approx. 3 seconds.
Pulse alarm
If you have activated the pulse alarm, the display

signals
whether your pulse is inside your selected workout zone.
