3. To set the bottom pulse limit, push the “ST./STP.” button
(forward) or “SELECT” button (back).
4. To confirm your selection, push the “MODE” button.
The pulse measured for the upper pulse limit (UPPER)
blinks and is shown in % of the maximum pulse to the
right.
5. To set the upper pulse limit, push the “ST./STP.” button
(forward) or “SELECT” button (back).
6. To confirm your selection, push the “MODE” button.
“BELOW Alarm” blinks on the display

7. To configure whether an alarm should sound when you
fall below the lower pulse limit, push the “ST./STP.” button
or the “SELECT” button.
