Troubleshooting
The bidet may malfunction although the product is not broken, due to the user’s lack of knowledge of how to use it
or other minor causes. In such a situation, inspect the product regarding the below items to solve the simple issues
without help from the service center. Check the following, and if the problem persists, contact the service center.

The product is not
working.
• Is the power plug disconnected?
Plug the power plug into an electrical outlet.
• Is there a power outage?
Check whether or not there is a power outage.
• Is the power of the main body off?
Turn on the power of the main body. If
the main body’s power is off, the remote
controller does not operate.
• Does the LED blink when you press the
remote controller buttons?
If the battery is discharged, each time you
press a remote controller button, the LED
blinks twice. Replace the battery.
• Does the LED not turn on when you
press the remote controller button?
If a certain amount of time elapses after
the battery is di, the remote controller
does not operate. Replace the battery.
• Is the power of the remote controller off?
Replace the remote controller battery. If
the problem persists after replacement,
contact the Coway service center.
No water is coming
out.
• Is the water supply valve closed?
Open the main water supply valve.
• Is the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
Clean the nozzle aperture with a brush to
remove any foreign substances.
• No water is coming out immediately
after installation.
Check whether or not there is a water cut.
(Please wait as it takes 1-2 minutes to fill the
water tank immediately after installation.)
The water pressure is
too weak.
• Is the water pressure set to low?
Adjust the pressure level.
• Is the nozzle clogged with foreign
substances?
Clean the nozzle aperture with a brush to
remove any foreign substances.
• Is the filter clogged with foreign
matters?
Replace the filter.
The toilet seat and
the cleansing water
are not warm.
• Is the ‘Seat or Water/Air Temp.’ button
set to ‘Off’?
Press the button to adjust the
temperature.
The wind is cold.
• Is the ‘Water/Air Temp.’ button set to ‘Off’?
Press the button to adjust the temperature.
Water comes out of the
nozzle.
• Water leaks from the T-shaped connector. Check if the rubber packing is inserted into the
T-shaped connector and fix the nuts again.
• Water leaks from the bidet hose
connection part.
Fully insert the bidet hose to the
connection area.
• Water leaks from the filter.
Check if the filter is damaged.
