6.2 Gateway side diagnostics
The thermostat is not
powered.
Connect the appliance to the mains (connect the socket and
switch off the switch if necessary). Check the wiring and check
the connections to the thermostat and the appliance.
The boiler is in error.
The letter “F” appears on the display followed by one or two digits.
Consult the boiler manual for the meaning of this code.
O p e n T h e r m
communication error
(blinking).
OT and the room temperature are shown alternately. Check the
connections between the thermostat and the appliance via the
terminals provided for OpenTherm communication. Check the
manual of the appliance to verify that it has been followed correctly.
Defective thermostat.
The thermostat must be replaced.
Communication error.
Check the power supply of the internet gateway. Communication
with the appliance could be disturbed by objects that obstruct the
passage (metal objects), or due to excessive distance between
the appliance and the gateway.

Check the thermostat power supply and /
or its position is within the limits of the RF
communication range.

No internet connection.
Check the router connection.
orange led
Creating an internet connection

If the LED is solid orange, check the power supply
and router connections.
