Firmware Update
Cooper-Atkins may release periodic updates to the Handheld firmware, which could include bug-fixes or feature enhancements.
These updates can be downloaded from the Internet and loaded into your Handheld.
Depending on your IT security environment, you may need to whitelist the HTTP file server or allow access through your firewall for
the HACCP Manager Network Tool. The firmware download consists of five text files downloaded via HTTP from:
