Update User List button
The Update User List button retrieves a list of Handheld users from the web server and sends it to the Handheld.
The user list cannot be changed while the Handheld has records. You must first upload the records with the Upload Records button.
Change Menu button
To change the menu loaded in the Handheld, click the Change Menu button. The Bridge will retrieve a list of available menus from
the web server and present them to you. Select the menu you want loaded into the Handheld and click Ok.
The selected menu will be loaded into the Handheld along with the corrective action list.
The menu cannot be changed while the Handheld has temperature records. You must first upload the records with the Upload
Records button.
Change Checklist button
To change the checklist loaded in the Handheld, click the Change Checklist button. The Bridge will retrieve a list of available check-
lists from the web server and present them to you. Select the checklist you want loaded into the Handheld and click Ok.
The checklist cannot be changed while the Handheld has checklist records. You must first upload the records with the Upload
Records button.
Upload Records button
To upload the records in the Handheld, click the Upload Records button. This will read all of the temperature and checklist records
from the Handheld and send them to the web server. Once all of the records have been confirmed by the web server, the records are
cleared from the Handheld.
Open HACCP Net link
Clicking this link opens the login page of your HACCP Net application. By default, the link uses the IP address you entered in the
Network Settings tab. You can manually edit the address this link uses by clicking “File” in the menu bar and selecting “Change
Login URL.”
Web Service Address
This displays the address of the web service the Bridge communicates with. If you get error messages in the Communication Status
box, these settings may be incorrect. You can modify the address by clicking the Change button.
