Review Stored Records

This feature allows you to see all the records stored in the Handheld. When reviewing the stored records, the newest record is dis-

played first. Use the up and down scroll buttons to see each record. You can opt to jump to the first record (oldest) or the last record

(newest) to save time.

Clear All Checkmarks

After recording the temperature of an item or piece of equipment, a checkmark will appear beside the item to indicate that this item

(or equipment) has been recorded.

If it is necessary to make another round of temperature recordings before the Handheld is uploaded to the database, the checkmarks

may be cleared:

•  navigate to the Main Menu

•  scroll up or down to select the “Clear All Checkmarks” menu item

•  Press the power/select button

A message will appear briefly to confirm that the checkmarks have been cleared.

Clearing the checkmarks does not erase or in any way alter the records already stored in the Handheld.
