If there is inadequate airflow: 

 

 

Check filters and change if necessary. 

 

Check intake louvers and dampers to make sure there are no obstructions preventing adequate intake air volume. 
 

If the unit is leaking water: 

 

 

Check to see if the drain piping is free flowing  

 

Check to see if the seals have been broken on the conditioned air outlet plenum. If so, re-seal from the inside. 

 

Check product air pressure so that it’s at least .01” higher than working air 

 

 

If any of the above procedures do not correct the problem, call your installing contractor or authorized servicing agent.
