For Macintosh™ User:
10.6 Uploading Images and Video Clips
1. Connect your
Stylus 1800
to your Mac via USB cable.
2. A window will pop up and ask you to name the pictures (images). File name format is
default as <Date> <Time> <No. of image>. You can change the name by going to
double clicking the "STV0680 Camera" or "WWL Mac" icon in the Control Panel.
3. Click "Save"
4. Your Mac will ask you if you want to empty your
Stylus 1800
.
• If you click "Yes", images stored in your
Stylus 1800
will be deleted.
• If you click "No", images stored in your
Stylus 1800
will be retained.
5. Individual images and video clips will be uploaded to your "STV0680 Camera Snapshots"
or "WWL Mac Snapshots" folder.
11. How to Use Other Software
For Windows® User:
Alternatively you can upload your images directly from your
Stylus 1800
into ArcSoft™ PhotoStudio®, PhotoFantasy™,
PhotoPrinter™ and VideoImpression™. Images can also be retrieved previously saved in your computer files.
11.1 How to use ArcSoft™ PhotoStudio® 2000
1. Select the “PhotoStudio® 2000” icon from the "ArcSoft Camera Suite" program group on the Windows® Start Menu.
You can now start to download your stored images from your
Stylus 1800
by the following steps:
2. Go to “File” and select “Select Source”. Select “STV0680 Camera” as source.
3. Go to “File” and select “Acquire”. The capture interface will show up.
To capture image(s), highlight the wanted image(s) and click “Capture”.

11.2 How to use ArcSoft™ PhotoFantasy™ 2000
1. Select the “PhotoFantasy® 2000” icon from the "ArcSoft Camera Suite" program group on the Windows® Start Menu.
2. Click “Get Fantasy” to select the template in the existing library and then click “OK” to confirm.
Important! Make sure the “
Digital Camera
” CD-ROM is in the CD-ROM Drive.
Using the images stored in your
Stylus 1800
:-
3. Double click on “Get Photo 1” and click “Acquire”. Select “STV0680 Camera” as the source.
The capture interface will show up.
To capture image(s), highlight the wanted image(s) and click “Capture”.
4. The captured images will be shown in the window. Select the image you want and click
“Capture”.
