You can prepare food as normal during 
quiet times, load the CONVOTHERM and 
start the Cook & Hold process long before 
the finished dishes are required. 

Cook & Hold can also be used for overnight 
cooking. 

N.B.: 

Cook & Hold is only possible with the 
core temperature sensor.
