1) Off / Always / Run
– Describes when the parameter will be monitored for alarm conditions. Run refers to when
the engine is running. Off disables the alarm conditions. Always enables the alarm constantly regardless of engine
state.
2) Action
– What will occur when the digital input is considered active.
Alarm
– Shutdown the engine by opening the fuel relay. A red lamp and the message associated with the
input will appear.
Prealarm
– A warning will be indicated by the yellow lamp illuminating and a message will appear
Soft Alarm
– The fuel relay will open as long as the condition exists and a red lamp will appear with the
message. If event does not last long enough to shut the engine down, the engine will resume running when the
event is no longer active.
None
– No action will be taken.
